Food and Drink
Taste the past in our Wench and Boggs Historic Inn. Located on Main Street, the Wench and Boggs carries a quaint array of the traditional old-fashioned treats of yesteryear. Our locally-sourced menu has been obsessively crafted by our own Chef Manfred. Enjoy a rustic Ploughman’s Lunch, hearty stew, or the best Bread Pudding this side of the Potomac (yes, yes, we are a Canadian museum, we’re just saying – we had pretty good Bread Pudding at a certain museum down south.)
Our Ye Olde Gifte Shoppe also carries a variety of snacks. The Coxwood History Bites Snack Bar (next to the Butcher’s Shop/Slaughterhouse) is open daily June 1st-September 1st, and weekends in May, September, and October.
